Account verwijderen in de App

U kunt uw Client Portal-account verwijderen via de App:

  1. Meld u aan in de Client Portal App.
  2. Ga naar Profile (tab onderaan).
  3. Scroll naar Danger Zone.
  4. Kies Delete Account.
  5. Bevestig dat u wilt doorgaan.
  6. Voer uw wachtwoord in om de verwijdering te bevestigen.
  7. Tik opnieuw op Delete Account.

Wat wordt verwijderd en wat kan behouden blijven?

  • Het doel is het verwijderen/anonymiseren van uw Client Portal-account (de toegang tot de App).
  • Gegevens die uw garage wettelijk moet bijhouden (bijv. facturen/boekhouding) kunnen niet altijd worden verwijderd, maar blijven bij de garage in de DMS volgens wettelijke verplichtingen.

Contacteer uw garage via de contactgegevens in de App of via:

Delete your account in the App

You can delete your Client Portal account from inside the App:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal App.
  2. Open Profile (bottom tab).
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm you want to continue.
  6. Enter your password to confirm.
  7. Tap Delete Account again.

What is deleted and what may be retained?

  • The intent is to delete/anonymize your Client Portal account (your App access).
  • Data your garage must keep for legal obligations (e.g. invoices/accounting records) may be retained in the garage’s DMS even after your portal account is deleted.
